SANDIA POWER STATION, III STAGE, IS IN PROCESS OF COMMISSIONING.

At present the hydroelectric group of Sandia Power Station, III Stage, is being testing in the commissioning process. The new unit of 1200 KW has already generated in tests without load and next will be beginning the tests with load and the synchronization with the network of Electro Puno S.A.A. Previously to the tests of the hydropower equipment, the new penstock was tested with satisfactory results, reason why it began the tests for generation and operation without load of the speed governor and other components of the hydropower unit.
